The firm boasts a level 1 BBBEE score and was established by previously disadvantaged qualified and registered engineering professionals who are involved in the management of the day-to-day operations and marketing of the business in conjunction with the technical management team. We boast strategic partnerships with a number of credible consulting firms within the engineering and built environments. These mutually beneficial partnerships further reinforce the firm’s overall capacity to deliver on a wide range of projects within the engineering and built environments. Nyadzanga Holdings applies the “Total Quality Management” approach in all its project lifecycle assignments from inception to commissioning. To this end, Nyadzanga Holdings implements a Quality Management System (QMS) which is in line with ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Implementation Guidelines (QMIG) for Consulting Engineers as published by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) to enhance client satisfaction, confidence and conformance to all applicable project deliverable requirements.

The works shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) and the regulations accompanying this act will be adhered to where applicable and comply with the Rand Water SHE specification. All employees will be provided with adequate training for the tasks that they are required to perform including an awareness of the risks involved in the execution of their duties and the methods available for the mitigation of these risks.
